I found this apple crisp on a recipe card in my house. It's surprisingly low fat, and tastes great with nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt! And if you want the crumble top to be a little more moist, just add some more Promise Light spread.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Apple Crisp

6 macintosh apples medium
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp promise light

Recipe Directions for Healthy Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F

  2. Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray

  3. Slice and core the apples, then layer the apples in the baking pan

  4. Add all of the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and crumble over the apples

  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the apples are tender
