Ingredients (Makes 12 servings)
1 1/2
cups  flour, wheat

tsp.  baking powder

1/2
cup  raisins

1/3
cup  applesauce

1/3

tsp  vanilla

tsp.  cinnamon

Directions
preheat oven to 400

combine all wet ingredients: banana, apple sauce, eggs, and vanilla. Set aside.

combine remaining dry ingredients in a seperate bowl

add dry to wet 1/2 at a time and stir until just combined.

spray loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour batter in.

cook for 17-20 minutes. Done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
