uses Hodgson Mills whole grain baking mix

Ingredients
1/2 c egg beaters
1 t vanilla extract
12 packets splenda
2 T sugar
5 bananas, small
2 c baking mix, whole wheat
1 c applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 t cinnamon
Directions
mash bananas (well ripe ones), add all wet ingredients, add baking mix, bake till tooth pick comes out clean at 350.
