the waffles and wheat toast together are laying on the carbs pretty thick, maybe throw some fresh fruit in there or use the bread and eggs to make french toast

Not to be harsh, but that's a pretty bad breakfast. You used diet products to make an otherwise horrible breakfast seem healthy.

You don't need both waffles and toast in the same sitting, and someone who is not eating enough has no business eating sugar free jam and syrup.

If you ate, eggs, toast, real jam and turkey bacon, the breakfast would've been better.

I'd say the waffle OR the toast would be fine, one egg, some form of turkey without all the salt in the turkeyu "bacon", and some fresh fruit.  But I totally agree about the diet glop.

then why are you concerning yourself so much with the calories?

oh &to add to your original question. i think instead of the jam &syrup you should have an apple, &a tablespoon of butter on the WW toast + a cup of soymilk &get rid of the waffle and have the bacon &eggs.
stop posting these boards.
If you wanted acurate answers, how about giving an acurate question? When you say eggs and toast, how much eggs and toast? Be more precise! :D

By the look of it, that is not a breakfast! That's more of a snack to me

You need to eat a FULL COMPLETE breakfast.

Your 15 and your a male!!!! Eat a 800-1,000 calorie breakfast. IM SERIOUS

I went through the same thing you did and I lost so much muscle and now I'm struggling trying to gain that muscle back. You will regret eating such an unhealthy low calorie meal. Especially breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day!

"15 and growing"...YOU WONT BE GROWING MUCH MORE IF YOU DONT EAT MORE!

You can still stay healthy and eat more.

[Edit: Sorry if I posted this on somthing irrelevant, but I had to say somthing prior to his other posts]
Is there a way to report all these posts?  Its the same basic post over and over and he clearly has an ED or is well on his way to one.  They're not really inappropriate other than the frequency and that he is obviously not taking any advice we give him.

Ummm, I'm 14 and could you please enlighten me as to how one can eat a 1000 calorie breakfast. Maybe i just cant think of enough foods right now but that seems like an extremely high amount. Then again a cup of nuts is almost 900 calories so it probably isn't too hard. The breakfast sounded relatively healthy though, but as others said you could probably replace the blueberry waffle with fruit (perhaps blueberries?) but heck, what do i know?

You are far too obsessive about your diet. Stop wasting your life away analyzing everything you eat. You are young and growing and the only thing you need to worry about is eating enough calories to grow.

I could easily come up with several 1,000 calorie breakfasts, but I prefer to eat 6 times a day to make it easier on my stomach (I eat about 3,000 calories a day, with a 500 calorie breakfast, usually).

Here are some sample 1,000 calorie breakfasts:

3 eggs fried in a tablespoon of olive oil, 3 pancakes with some syrup

3 eggs fried in a tablespoon of olive oil, two servings of yogurt and granola

1 cup of rolled oats, with 1/2 cup of raisins, 2 eggs and 2 scoops of protein powder.

3 eggs fried in a tablespoon of olive oil, a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese.

3 eggs fried in a tablespoon of olive oil, a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and jelly.

You ate too many carbs! - and they sound processed to me!! You also a lot of FAKE sugar too, I would just try and not eat ANY sugar at all! If you need something sweet: check out Stevia!
I don't mind bobbyj asking everyday about his food. Over time I think he's getting much better at eating what he needs.

Still, though, bobbyj, what's up with the sugar-free stuff? Is there some reason that you avoid real sugar, or is it because someone in your house does?

To me there's no syrup better than "real" maple :) As for the breakfast detail, did you have anything to drink with it? Like milk or juice?
