You should check out the hungry girl webiste. she has a ton of recipes for low cal versions of awesome high cal desserts. Skinny cows are okay...any low cal ice cream is okay as long as you are able to control portion sizes

  • 2 hershey's kisses (50 calories)
  • 2 "dum dum" lolliipops (51 calories)
  • no sugar-added fudgsicle (40 calories)
  • skinny cow products
  • as mentioned above, hungry girl is great
  • vitatops (100 calories, available online)
  • frozen fruit
  • sugar free popsicles
Here's a healthy recipe of mine that's a little higher-cal but is very nutritious: Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fat free yogurt (frozen or not) [60 calories for plain]
  • 2 TB slivered almonds (110 calories)
  • 2 TB sugar free chocolate syrup (15)
  • 1/3 cup strawberries (15)
Put the yogurt in a bowl.  Sprinkle almonds and strawberries on top.  Drizzle chocolate syrup (heated if desired) on top. Calories:  200

I add a tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and a banana to my morning oatmeal - tastes like desert and kills my sweets craving all day :)

Also sometimes I just have oatmeal with 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 packet splenda for a chocolately desert thing - but it's super healthy!

Black bean brownies...I add orange zest and frozen blueberries to mine which really make them great!

I like to make strawberry "shortcake". I use angel food cake instead and I make whipped cream using dream whip with skim milk. And I add LOTS of strawberries. You can have what looks like a huge piece of cake for 120 calories.

I love to make sugar free Jello with fresh or frozen fruit in it. I then put a little bit of Cool Whip Free on top. I always make in in individual size serving dishes so I won't eat the entire thing at once.

I make cheesecake squares. 2 sheets of gram crackers break it so you have 4 pieces. Spread 2 tbsp f.f cream cheese on to them then top with whatever flavor sugar free jam. 2 tbsp works. Taste like cheese cake and it's 170 calories

Also my ultimate TTOM sundae! Take 1/2 of a tbsp of better n butter and put it in the bottom of a bowl. then add 1/2 of 1/3 cup of low cal vanilla. then put 1 tbsp of sugar free chocoalte syrup and 2 crushed mini pretzels on it. then topwith rest of ice cream, peanutbutter, 1 more tbsp of said syrup and 2 more crushed pretzels. This sundae is 165 calories

I LOVE THE YOPLAIT YOGURT!  I almost find it better than ice cream.  I am a big fan of the light yougurts whether it's a fruit yougurt (which is 100 calories) or the indulgent flavors (which is 110 calories).  Yogurt is great because it has bacteria that helps with your digestive system and it has lots of calcium and Vitamin D.  I totally would try it.  Also I like grapes, strawberries, and blueberries.  :)  Any questions feel free to message me.

THAT SOUNDS AMAZING!!!!  And only 165 calories?  *adds to recipe book*

Weight watchers makes these AWESOME cookie and cream bars with chocolate ice cream on the inside and cookie crumbs on the outside. I believe they're 150 cals, but that's not bad at all. They are SO SO good :)

Hershey's does make a sugar free syrup. Kind of hard to find on the shelves, but it's 15 cals for 2 tablespoons I believe. I eat that on my ice cream all the time. (Dryers Double Churn is awesome). Note that it doesn't taste like normal chocolate syrup. You can tell it's sugar free.

Freeze chocolate pudding. Then you can take your spoon and scrape it to get it out. Delicious. Or you can make your own sugar free pudding pops by buying a box of sugar free pudding mix and putting it in those popsicle containers.

Skinny cow's are okay :)

There is "No pudge" brownie mix you can buy.

Betty Crocker sells those individual mini "cakes" in the cake mix isle that are 150 cals. Those come in all sorts of flavors. I like the molten chocolate one. I forget who makes them. They come in a box of 2.

Gotta love the 100 cal packs Mr Salties chocolate covered pretzels.

Ghirardilli's has bags of chocolate squares in all sorts of richnesses that are 65 cals a piece. Just if you want a hit of chocolate.

Ah what else?

Ah chocolate is amazing isn't it?
