Steaming veggies is really easy in the microwave. Place the amount you want in a microwave safe bowl, add a few tablespoons of water, cover with plastic wrap (leave one corner turned up for venting) and heat on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Can use fresh or frozen veggies.
You can do the same thing with chicken tenders but make sure you cook them well (about 15 minutes). Make sure the chicken is completely submerged in water. Add some canned mushrooms and a chicken bullion (sp?) cube. Cook on high. Great over rice.

Here's a few that I cook... :-)
- Turkey burger on a wheat bun w/all the fixin's.. a salad and a side of broccoli or mixed veggies.
- Baked chicken with a cup of rice and veggies
- Wheat spaghetti w/marinara and 3 turkey meatballs and a salad
- Healthy choice smoke sausage w/baked potato and veggies
- Shredded chicken breast w/chicken taco seasoning over a salad (use salsa as dressing) w/a cup of pinto beans
- Lean meatloaf w/mashed potatoes (using chk broth instead of milk/butter) and veggies
