Hey all!
I would like to try some new smoothies or some sort of fruit drink as a morning boost.
anybody know any healthy AND and nutritious recipes???? :)

I make a quick easy smoothie in the am when I swim..
1/2 banana
6oz plain fat free yogurt
1/2 cup frozen fruit
puree in blender and enjoy
this is only about 165 calories, so if you need more you can add protein powder, all banana or some juice.
trader joes has this really delicious mango smoothie. :)
and jamba juice has some real healthy drinks.
Apples, carrots, ginger + a juicer. Clean, delicious, pretty guilt free.
