right now i am eating way too many calories in order to gain weight, but once i reach my goal i would have to maintain at 1600 calories  my question is if it is unhealthy to eat 1600 calories a day.. before they just seem a lot, but right now that i am eating 2500 cals i begin to think that maybe with 1600 i could be undernourished... i'm 19 years old

hahahaha....man when I was 19 I was already a pro athlete taking in 4500 cals per day....I think you'll be fine....I'm 28, and I take in about 4000 per day...depends on how active you are.

jaja yeeees but you are a guyy... and a really athletic one as i see so its like toootally different right?... anyway i was wondering, i stopped excersising and started eeating 2500 to 3000 calories in order to gain two pounds, do you think it's like tootally unhealthy to do this? i mean i just want to gain the two pounds in like 2 weeks and then start with maintainace, and although i know i should gain the weight slowly and stuff i just really want to do it like this... should i keep on??

As you ease into maintenance mode, why don't you try reducing your calories by 200 per week until you start maintaining.  1600 is likely to be too little for most teen age girls and women in their early 20s.

ok, i think that's actually a wise thing to do, i know it sounds few but that's what my burn meter says i should have and also all the several other one's ive checked...

but then i'm back to my question, is it ok to want to gain 4 pounds in two weeks (i've researched and found out that 2kg are actually 4 pounds not two)... i mean should i continue with my plan? i'm just really scared because my sister told me that if i keep on eating the way i was, i'll end up fat like bloated and i'll screw up all of the effort i spent in loosing weight, but i think that if i do it only for two weeks and then mantain, nothing like that will happen

analuciaa try check in tool section or http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calc ulator.htm#

enter all your stat and they will calculate how many cals you need wheather you want to mantain/lose/ gain weight

XOXO
