That's kind of hard to answer because taste varies greatly from person to person. For example, I love cottage cheese, but my mother thinks it's disgusting.

I second the fruit and vegetables, and the Laughing Cow light cheese wedges.

Also Frigo light cheese sticks, Clif Zbars, Luna Sunrise bars, Genisoy soycrisps (come in many different flavors, but kind of hard to find), Swiss Miss Diet/Fat-free/No-sugar-added hot cocoa mix (the diet is 25 calories, but you get less than you would in the others that are 50-60 calories), Orville Redenbacher 100-calorie Smart Pop, Kashi honey-cinnamon or truly vanilla hot cereal, Sensible Foods freeze-dried fruit, Emerald Cocoa Roast almonds (don't be frightened by the fat content, it's healthy and it's worth the flavor these have), non-fat plain yogurt (sweeten it to your tastes), basically any kind of light yogurt (except Yoplait), fruit leather, mini bagels or english muffins.

I should probably stop now, I'm running up your grocery bill. Lol. If you told me you had an organic store nearby, it would be even worse.

^Dude. ALL popcorn bags should be 100 calorie sized! They're perfect! When I want something salty/sweet I add splenda to mine.

I love breakfast sandwiches too. Light English muffin, 60g egg whites (or substitute) fat free single = 150 calories

Puffed kamut, rice or millet is awesome. I get them in my bulk section, but you can find them in bags too. You can have a huge bowl with some almond breeze for just under 100 calories. I usually add some berries, or cocoa powder. Mmmm.

Oh, and pancakes. 1 serving whole wheat flour (I forget how many grams, but it's on the bag of flour), 1 egg white, splash of almond breeze, splenda, 1g baking soda, 1g baking powder, 1g vinegar ~ top with sugar free syrup = about 150 calories of pancakedness! Double the recipe & have a stack of pancakes for 300 calories! rad!

Other items I try to keep on hand: unsweetened vanilla almond breeze, sugar free maple syrup, kamut puffs, cocoa powder, splenda, light string cheese & unsweetened bakers chocolate.

nut butter on celery/1 slice bread/apple/rice cake/banana

handful of seeds and dried fruit

Hot milk

I like reduced fat townhouse crackers w/ light laughing cow cheese spread on them= 155 cal

A grilled cheese w/ l.c light cheese and f/f mozzarella on light wheat bread =150 cal

One super pretzel soft pretzel sprayed with I can't believe it's not butter spray and sprinkled with cinnamon and splenda=160 cal

23 mini pretzel twists w/ 2 tbps of hommus= 143 cal

Hope that helped!

Popcorn, but not microwave popcorn, seasoned with Emeril Seasoning.

Raisins Or bananas.

I love having banana on wholegrain bread, with just a little bit or margerine, so i get the salty taste from the margerine and  a sweet taste from the banana :)

Raisins are so handy to just keep in my desk drawer too, as well as some nuts and seeds to nibble on when i'm hungry.

I Love those Seed stacked bars full of seeds which are good for you with the honey and nutmeg for that hint of sweetness, yum

apples!  right now i am on a serious apple thing.  mmm! apples

I love popcorn too.  Someone on CC suggested buying old fashioned popping corn and putting it in a brown paper bag.  3 tbsp of corn makes about 6 cups of popped corn for 90 cals and no preservatives, salt or chemicals.  OF course I add a little salt and pepper, sometimes a little butter spray.  It's yummy!

My husband and I discovered sugar-free 5 calorie gelatin cups at Wal-Mart and they're great if you want a really light snack; even late in the evening. I hope this helps.

Someone mentioned 25 calorie hot chocolate packets, like sWiss miss,  mix those into vanilla or plain yogurt and mmm!
