Favorite healthy dessert? Oh god,... frozen yogurt maybe? Even though that's not exactly healthy. But hey, if I'm gonna eat dessert it's not usually gonna be healthy! Sometimes I like to put honey on a rice cake and put it in the microwave and then put some peanut butter on it.

Luna Bars, LaraBars or Think Bars? I'm not really a fan of those, but the peppermint Luna Bars if anything.

Favorite dried fruit? I'd rather have my fruit fresh but I guess raisins. Or crasins, they give me heart burn though.

Whole grains are best in: bread, pasta or baked goods? I mean, they're all great, but I guess whole wheat bread (especially with nuts or flax or something crunchy) wins my heart in the end.
Favorite healthy dessert? Nothing beats fresh fruit. Yogurt-and-frozen-fruit smoothies popped in the freezer for a bit and eaten with a spoon are also pretty wonderful.
Favorite nut butter? I haven't been too adventurous in this area, but natural peanut butter is one of the loves of my life.
