Hi all,
I'm a 21 year-old college senior who needs to loose a few pounds. I was wondering if anyone had any good, simple healthy recipes or food ideas to share. I like cooking, but since I'm only cooking for one I always have a lot of leftovers. I don't mind leftovers, but I just can't eat the same thing for five meals! Thanks for the help.
A great website for recipes is www.allrecipes.com You can search the recipes and have it adjust the recipe to make one serving. Also, they have the calorie count for one serving at the bottom of most if not all of the recipes. It'll also help you create a shopping list, save recipes, and you can pick some ingredients and it'll use the ingredients to find a recipe. I hope this helps.
