Well heres what I do eat every day and love: apples, Luna bars, milk, & bananas.

I could eat these every day:

grilled chicken
any and every fruit
fish(salmon, mahi mahi, tilipia, cod, anything really)
pretty much any veggie. I love them all
especially sweet potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, and corn
oats ( i do anyway!!)
blueberries
Mango
rockmelon (FOR SURE)
cottage cheese (within reason, its pretty salty)
my fav brand light soy milk
salmon
asparagus
stir fry veggies

Frozen oranges. I cut one in half and stick 'em in the freezer, then eat 'em when they're all...frozen.

Oh MAN it is good. Try it.

Sweet juicy red grapefruit, cut in halves, eaten with a spoon, nothing on top, squeeze the shells afterwards for the last of the juice.  Every day with whatever else I'm having for breakfast -- takes a while to eat and I savor every bite. 

And cheese.  Daily.  It is good for the soul.  Yummy with fruit.  For small portions, any kind of cheese, all kinds of cheese!  If I want more quantity, I'll have Laughing Cow, Cabot, or light string cheese.  Mmm... cheese.

Olives, pickles, almonds, eggs, whole weat pasta, broccoli, cucumbers, tomato (sauce/salsa), feta, 1% milk, pineapple, guava, strawberries, crab, sour kraut (but you would'nt want me to),  mushrooms, onions, all peppers, and spinach (oh, and mrs dash and I can't believe it's not butter spray).

I actually do eat peppers, red and green, sweet onions, broccoli, and some type of berries EVERY day. Mostly because I heart breakfast...I live for it.

- Spaghetti Squash

- Eggplant

- Zucchini & Squash

- Asparagus

- Leeks

- Cabbage (Red & Green)

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Bell Peppers 

- Chicken (maybe)

- Green beans
