healthy frozen pizzas?

so every friday night i am tempted with the pizza that my family orders. There it is, just sitting there smelling so good and i can't have any because i have to watch what i eat.

so does anyone have a suggestion for any good frozen pizzas that they have tried that are healthier? i know there are ones that exist from healthy choice, etc.. but wasn't sure if they are any good or good for you..

i want to indulge but not feel guilty about it!

My friend has been talking about a pizza by Smart Balance (they make the butter-like spread).  She say's it's good, although I cannot vouch for it as I have not tried it.  I bet you could get nutritional value info on line before even going to the grocery.

Makin' me hungry for lunch

Here in Canada we have PC Blue Menu pizzas - I love the chicken and red pepper with spinach, only 500 cals for the whole (small) pizza. Also their greek "pita" pizza is to die for.

I've also had Dr. Oetker pizzas, they were tasty. Basically, get thee to a grocery store and read labels! Good luck.
