These cookies cook up quite dense. I took the original quaker oatmeal cookie recipe and made it healthier for you. Very filling.
| 1/2 | cup apple sauce |
| 1/4 | cup splenda brown sugar |
| 1/4 | cup splenda |
| 1/4 | cup egg beaters |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | cup wheat flour |
| 1/4 | cup wheat flour |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 1/2 | cup quaker oats |
| 1/2 | cup raisins |
| 1 1/2 | tsp Baking Soda |
- Mix apple sauce, splenda brown sugar, and sugar together until creamy.
- Add in egg beaters, vanilla extract, baking soda, and vanilla extract into mixture.
- Add in 1/2 a cup of wheat flour and mix well. Continue to add the other 1/4 cup of wheat flour until creamy.
- Add cinnamon, salt, quaker oats, and raisins. Mix until thick.
- Portion out 18 cookies onto large baking sheet.
- Set oven to 350 F and cook for 8 minutes.
