These cookies cook up quite dense. I took the original quaker oatmeal cookie recipe and made it healthier for you. Very filling.

Ingredients
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup quaker oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
  1. Mix apple sauce, splenda brown sugar, and sugar together until creamy.

  2. Add in egg beaters, vanilla extract, baking soda, and vanilla extract into mixture.

  3. Add in 1/2 a cup of wheat flour and mix well. Continue to add the other 1/4 cup of wheat flour until creamy.

  4. Add cinnamon, salt, quaker oats, and raisins. Mix until thick.

  5. Portion out 18 cookies onto large baking sheet.

  6. Set oven to 350 F and cook for 8 minutes.
