Healthy substitutes for unhealthy snacks-what are your favorites?

Not sure if this topic has been touched on recently, but I thought I'd let some of you know what I eat when I'm craving ice cream.  I freeze bananas (peel them first) and then I add just a drizzle of chocolate syrup. It has the texture and coldness of ice cream and it is sublime. I also freeze grapes and put them in lowfat vanilla yogurt. It is great. What are some of your substitutes that get you through the rough times?

When I really have a craving for pizza, I take a store-bought whole wheat flatbread, top it with salsa, mozzarella cheese, basil, and maybe some veggies I have on hand. I put it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Soooo good!

I am an avid Weight Watchers participant and have some great meal and snack ideas that are yummmmmmmy!

My favorite for all those mon-friday workers out there...you wake up on a Saturday/Sunday morning and you wan't BREAKFAST! Skip the restaurant scene and make yourse'f a KILLER french toast dish. Go and get a loaf of the WW bread or Bodywise Bread (Canada only?) Anyhow, whatever bread that is only worth 1 point for 2 slices. I eat 4 slices! Use 2 egg whites (under 3 is 0 points), sprinkle of ground cinnamon, 2 drops of vailla extract and dip your bread! If there seems to be not enuf eggy to do 4 slices, just swipe some off the 1st two slices...there will be enuf! Spray a little pam in the frypan and fry em up! Make sure you use the sugar free syrup (E.D. Smith is mmm mmm good) and NO BUTTER! This is only a 2 point recipe!!!!! And you WILL be full!!!!
