what was YOUR healthy swap today?

Today, I got really hungry passing by the dining hall.  It was about 10:30, and I had just had breakfast but somehow I just wanted more!  My mind thought-ahh fresh bagels (like 500 calorie size!) and full-fat cream cheese! but instead, I decided to have an orange and a coffee!  What were your healthy swaps for the day? :)

I had a class today where people bring stuff for everyone to eat for breakfast and instead of a crispy kreme donut I had my own ww bagel, more fiber, less sugar, more filling. I also had orange slices instead of apple cake and …y own protein bar instead of the white fudge chocolate cookies that I brought for everyone else (they liked the cookies though) :)

Hmm... fat free kraft cheese on my sandwich instead of the full fat pepperjack I wanted.

A protein bar instead of candy.

 

hmmmmmm crackers, cheese, and banana for breakfast instead of chik fil a chicken biscuit

grapes instead of cheesecake :)

I feel very accomplished!

The miniature Snicker's bars in the excess Halloween candy basket were looking at me. I had an apple instead. The sweetness was nice, and I'm not sure why, but it helped to see my dad eating an apple too.
