a healthy ""Thanksgiving"" !!

hi everyone!.. well i have a question.. i was only going to do thanksgiving this year with my husband and 10 1/2 month old daughter.. but inlaws well they just kinda pop up! anyways now i  have to do the thanksgiving thing!!

and iam scared. all the other years i ate like it was going out of style..and well i have been working so hard to lose this weight.. so my question...

dose anyone have any recipes for a healthy thanksgiving.. any ideas that i can lower my fat and calories has i make the food? please help! i know the family will and are open for healthy changes. i'am just not know were to start! thanks!!

check out Ellie Kreiger on the Foodnetwork.com.  She did a whole dinner and she really shows you ways to cut fat but still have a great dinner...even a pumpkin flan for dessert that looks really good and only 100 calories...
