1. For the first time, I bought and tried cottage cheese (5.5% fat) and am just wondering what else i can do with it aside putting in my salads. I liked it.

2. Also, I have this low fat feta cheese( my 3rd or 4th time of purchase), I've opened it but not finished yet and I don't want to throw it away 'cos i'll be away for two wks. Can i freeze it? or its just fine in the fridge for 2 wks?
