I'm about 5'6.5" / 5'7" and weigh about 118 pounds, with a larger body frame. I've been eating about 1,400 calories a day, usually less but sometimes a little bit more.Is this unhealthy?

Yes. You have a low BMI of 18.5 and for a larger body frame, are underweight. You should be looking to gain or at least maintain.

A 5'0" completely sedentary, dieting teen should eat no less than 1500 calories. As you are much taller, most likely not totally sedentary and should not be losing weight, 1500 would be nowhere near enough.

2500 is the usually recommended starting point for weight gainers (but can easily go higher), and I would imagine you would maintain on around 2,000 calories - though of course this depends upon your daily activity levels.

Being that you are recovering from bulimia it is important to get your bmi up to 20 if possible, especially if you're larger framed because you can weigh the same as someone with the same body weight and have less fat, which is essential for your body to function properly. 

Your bmi is 18.5, right on the border of being underweight, and that's not even taking into account your larger frame size, so technically you are underweight. 

You burn about 1730 calories completely inactive, 2070 calories with low activity, and 2390 with about an hour of exercise a day. That being said you should be eating a minimum of 1730 just to maintain, but ideally you will commit to gaining to a healthy weight of about 127 or so, which is a bmi of 20.

I think then I weighed between 125-130, since it was taken in the middle of track season and iwas eating more and building more muscle. But once I track season ended my weight went down to about 117
