Heart Rate Monitor
So I finally caved and I bought a heart rate monitor. I absolutly love it. It makes sure I stay in my target heart rate and gives me an accurate reading on calories burned, time spent in tartget heart rate zone and so much more! I was just suprised to see the difference between the heart rate monitor and the elliptical tracker. The calories were off by about 60. (The elliptical said I burned more) Which when counting calories every little bit counts, I'd rather have an accurate reading. Plus now I can track my progress!
I'm just excited and I thought I'd share. :)

Hee. Yeah, I remember when I got my Polar f6. :) It really is a cool and useful tool, and I'm glad to have it :)
I really need to take the plunge and get one, it makes a lot of sense from a calorie counting perspective. Panelo, what kind did you get?
I went and paid a little more to get the polar f4 its geared for women and good for beginers. I just did some reserch and the polar brand is what worked for me.
