♥"A Healthy Baby & Me" Pregnancy Group♥
Since there are a few of us who are interested in staying healthy and active during our pregnancy, I thought it would be great to start a "pregnancy group".
I know that for many of us, it is easy to get caught up in the pregnancy and sometimes we do not always worry about what kind of food we are eating or if we are active.
This group will serve as a daily, weekly, or whenever you want check-in to keep us all motivated to remain healthy and active throughout our pregnancies. Feel free to discuss whatever else you may want as well.

I've been walking on my treadmill with an incline. It actually gets my heart rate really going but it's not too hard. I do that 5 days/week and then I stretch.
And two days a week I do a strength work-out that includes:
3 sets of Bulgarian split squats, lateral raises (I think that's what they are called), a butt move (haha I have no idea if it has a name), a single leg row, and then whatever ab stuff I can think of that doesn't involve me lying on my back.
That usually changes slightly day-to-day.
It can be really hard to find the motivation because I know I'm going to keep gaining weight! But I think I'm so scared of labor that I tell myself by keeping active I am doing everything possible to make labor and delivery go as smoothly as it can.
Shill, That sucks!! I would be scared to live somewhere so cold with a new baby!
But I'm used to AZ weather. I feel chilly when it's 70 degrees outside!
Shill, I love the dvd!! The women who is leading it has suck a soothing voice! The moves aren't that hard, although on some days they're more challenging than others. I like the idea that they each show the move for their trimester and I can change my routine depending on how I feel! I feel so great during, right after and especially the next day!
Since I live in FL, it's generally very beautiful outside but when it gets cold so quickly, brrrr! I walked to get the mail two nights ago and sprinted back to my apartment, it was cold!
Aeetheri, You're doing a great job with your routine! I'm bummed that I didn't keep up with mine. There's always time though!
