After 2 years of cutting, I'm going back to lifting heavy. I figured I'd document it in this forum, just to participate and see if anyone is interested. I'm giving myself 180 days, yep six months, I'm a long term planner and slow burn philosopher. I'll probably update every week at first and then every month, that's how i seem to do things. The goal isn't exactly how much i can lift, but to put on 10 lbs of lean muscle. I've been taking two weeks off from the Army Ranger workout, and getting my food prepared...

So what's your plan exactly? Do share, altho this group doesn't seem to be seeing much action of late.
I'm starting Get Huge in a Hurry in a few weeks after my holiday.
