Okay.
Im 5'2
I weigh from 138 - 142
i work out *7*.. yes.. SEVEN days a week.
How many calories should i eat?
If i dont run 2 miles a day, i atleast walk one and run one when i get the chance, also i do resistance training and havent lost a lb.. in about 2 months. I recently got sick and ofcourse, i stopped exercising for about a week, it was one of those nasty head cold cant breathe kinda things.. so what should i do? how many calorie? does anyone have a lower back work out?
Equipment i have : Exersize ball, ankle eights, resistance bands, and running shoes.
Someone please throw out some good lower back, love handle, and thigh work outs as well please:( im just SICK of no results.. ive been doing this too long not to have any. :(

Let your body rest! You can't expect it to get stronger, if it's always tired! Also, remember that resistance training is going to build muscle and tone, it won't take away fat just from that area.
Hi! I'm at about your same stats, 5'2, and about 130 pounds or so. I run about 5-6 miles a day five times a day. I'd suggest incorporating some rest days in your routine, when I ran 7x a week it seemed as though I was losing less weight. I eat about 16-1700 calories a day, seeing as 2168 is my BMR (and probably about the same for you too) and then you just subtract 500 calories to lose 1-2 pounds a week, which gives you 1668. I hope this has helped you some.
