I'm new.
i used to belong to CC when it was just calorie count (and not about.com) then it went a bit mad and i didn't have an account...
anyway, I've decided I'm back on here :) and would like to get back into exercising, healthy eating and actually getting five a day and maybe losing a bit of weight.
I've been pretty bad with it over the past few months now, and keep eating rubbish/packaged stuff at college (the vending machine!!) and have been lazy about exercise. I tend to run - on a good week 3-4 times a week haha. on a bad week...no comment.
I also cannot seem to follow a diet anymore, which is very sad. I actually go maybe 3 or 4 days and then it's over...
I really need some motivation! I used to be very disciplined. And I wanna get rid of the unsightly few pounds!
