New guy here, starting out at 280 goal is to loose 45 lbs, the reason rests on my shoulders =)

Hello New Guy, looks like I'm the first to say hello. The ladies seldom post to us guys. In any case, it appears we have a lot in common. I'm down 35lbs with 10 to 15 to go. I set much smaller goals so I could have more celebrations. I too have kids. Yours look like the perfect size to do weight training with. Try some squats and push ups when they're on your back. Fun for them too. Hope you enjoy your journey, write back. I can tell you what worked and didn't work for me. Alan.
