I wanted to join this group and intro myself to everyone.

My name is Manjit Singh and I live in Bedfordshire.  I am married with 3 children. I am 43 years old  and work as a Marketing IFA Consultant for a big UK company.

I decided to join CCA in August ( 18th August infact ) as  I felt I had to do something about the " middle age bulge"  around my tummy.  I am 6ft 1 and weighed 14 stones and 8 pounds and my BMI was on the high side.  I joined thre website and straightaway enjoyed the tools it provided including a weight loss plan  which asked what you wanted to lose and by what time and then calculated your required calorie intake to meet this .  I supplemeted this by walking every other day initially for 30 minutes ( now 45 ) briskly to burn around 250/300 calories and to speed up my Metabolism.

I am delighted to say that I met my initial target of  reaching 13.5 stones on about 3 October 2009 in about 6 weeks of the program.I have now today reached my second target which was 13.25 stones ie 13 stone 3 Lbs.  I don't know what to do now and what strategy I should adopt to maintain my weight. I was eating about 1700/1800 cals a day and need to increase this to about 2200 to now maintain my 13.25 stone weight. The funny thing is that i do actually feel a bit skinny now LOL !! but next I am going to build up my chest and arms etc by light weights
