I am kinda new at CC. I found this website just over a year ago but didnt stick to it at all. I have come back and I am currently completing my very first week!
Here are my current stats:
Age: 23
Weight: 130lbs
Height: 5'2
Goal weight: 120lbs
Goal Date: June 24th (but it changes every day?)
I have been down to my goal weight (about two years ago) without any attempt at dieting or exercise- my employment at the time had me working 6 days a week doing physical jobs so I know why I dopped the ten pounds so effortlessly! After being 120 and then quickly putting it back on once my job was done and I was back to school I realized how much energy and how well I felt being that size.
My weaknesses:
motivating myself to exercise- I enjoy it once I get to the gym but its getting it the gym thats the problem
eating habits- I enjoy healthy food more then fried or fatning food, but I have a weakess for late night snacking and a huge addiction to French Vanilla caps and other specality starbucks coffies....and we all know how horrible those drinks can be!
Overall goals:
eat healthier- specifically drink mostly water, green tea or black coffee if I need a boost
Exercise 4 days a week at least
