Hi, I just joined and I am so glad to find this free online I think it will really help me. Since September I have lost about 30 lbs but still have a ways to go, I was doing Weight Watchers and it worked great at first, then I really got burned out on counting points I'd just rather keep up with calories. I have a 2 year old daughter and a 5 year old son and they keep me busy and that really helps with the weight loss and I feel much more like playing with them since I have lost some weight.

Looking forward to learing and hearing about other people experiance's.
