Hello,
I am 39 years old and trying to lose the 76lbs that is holding me back from a healthier, happier life. I find excercise is difficult due to my 12-14 hour work days and my eating habits are just as bad. I tend to either not eat all day because I am so busy or pick at food all day that. I work in the food industry so I am surrounded by unhealthy foods daily.
