Hello, my name is Jayden. I"m 18, female, and I live in Australia. I've been underweight pretty much through all my teen years. I never meant to be, and I've told the doctor I'm worried about it, but he never really listened O_O
I look at my self, and I become scared because, even though you can't seen my rib cage, my arms and hands are really skinny. Which freaks me out. I think they're ugly. So I want to become a healthy weight. My mother always taught me to eat when I'm hungry, so I do. I can eat a lot sometimes too, but I never really gain weight. So I'm going to try and take a different approach. I don't want to end up as a skinny thing that will go SNAP when giving a handshake or fly away with the wind.
I'm currently 5"2 and 32.0kgs, I want to be at least 50kgs. I hope to change my weight and slowly gain and reach this goal in at least a year!
I have a younger sister who is 10, she's a healthy weight, the only one in the house XD My mum is currently overweight, but she's loosing it. The reason she gained weight was due to medication, it was a side effect. But now she's off it and is loosing weight. They do eat healthy, but I tried to avoid it, but I'm going to do it no matter how gross it tastes XD
About myself.. Well I love anime, manga and the internet. I'm currently studying internet studies in University. It's over the internet, which suits me because I have anxiety. I'm currently taking anti-depressants, though I'm not depressed and I've never suffered from depression, it helps with my anxiety and it also supresses my anger.
Okay, long, weird post @.@ I hope I can make some friends, and slowly get to a healthier weight. I'm glad my mum has a step machine, exercise balls, and now we have Wii Fit. So we should be good to go!!
