i think they passed a law in South dakota saying you are allowed to ride your horse while intoxicated.

i mean...cause the horse will more often than not just go home anyway. But still...what brought THAT up!? They must have been having problems with cops "pulling people over" for riding drunk?

Funny thing was I out ran the mall cop in his golf cart till the real cops got there.

That seems wrong.  What's the harm in running in the mall parking lot at 2 a.m.?  The 80 year old mall walkers that take up space in the middle of the day are much more likely to cause problems.
