Hi, everybody!
My name's Josephine, and I'm 28. Three years ago I was 60kg and was so happy with it. Then, looking for a job, my boyfriend leaves me, had problems with my back (no gym) and I put on some weight. Nothing serious, but it's 18 months I try to lose these kilos (with the help of a nutritionist) and I'm a victim of the yo-yo effect. I start losing weight and then put on again. It's my fault because I like sweets and high-carb things, like bread. My food plan works, it's just me: sometimes I just give in and start eating what I shouldn't and I've to start everything all over again.
My friends don't understand me, it's nice them keeping telling me I'm looking good as I am, but I want to be back to my old self. I can start exercising again, I found a job I - and I'm not exaggerating - adore. I just need somebody who can understand what dieting means (none of my friend is doing it or feels the need to do it) and can support me on my way down to lose my last 7 kg (more or less 14 lbs).
Hope this somebody (or some people) are here in this group ![]()
You all take care,
Jo
CC works -- follow the plan -- log your food! If you would like please join our weigh in group -- post your weight 1x per week -- it doesn't matter which day as long as you are consistent -- it's a fun group and VERY supportive.
Welcome aboard!
Thank you for the welcome, suntraa. What's the name of the weigh in group? I think it could be a good idea to join. Support is exactly what I need, and if that group offers it...then I'm in!! :-)
Do you mind if I add you as a friend?
Thank you again and all the best,
Jo
