New member here! I am looking to loose about 150lbs in the next couple of years. This site is very helpful and should help me reach my goal weight. I was going to do something similar on my own (tracking calories and journaling) but this makes it so much easier AND I get the benefit and motivation of all of you fine people.
I recently ordered a 400lb capacity scale so I can weigh myself at home. I look forward to being able to see the pounds come off and I will try not to get discouraged from slow progress. Wish me luck!

Lots of luck! You're off to a great start. I love cc - it's kind of addicting. Almost like a video game, I try to improve my nutritional stats everyday. I've definitely gotten my calorie intake under control with it but also have decreased my fat and sugar intake as well. I've gotten really good advice on my workouts here too. Good luck again!
Thanks for the kind comments everyone! It has officially been one week and I am still here! CC has been amazing so far. I thought I would be very hungry all the time, but eating balanced does make a difference as I don't feel starved! I think I can do it! Nay, I KNOW I can!
