Hello! i'm new too...Im 37 and married w/o kids (DINK). My wife is on here somewhere, I dont know what her screen name is yet - lulz.

its day 3 of using the site for me and ive already dropped about 3lbs by watching what I eat and working out at the home gym (recumbent bike, free weights & weight machine) 

Ive never tried calorie counting in a diet before but 1600 calories a day is a bear ~lol I lost 15lbs from feb to sept of last year by just working out at the gym for 3hrs a day 6 days a weeks and not eating sugar... then I stopped working out (got depressed) and gained the weight back over the past 3 months :(  

I was down to 200lbs and then I was back to 222lbs

Well .... today i weighed in at 219lbs.

I think using this site and being more aware about what is going into my system and what is burned off will help us all achieve our goals.

 Anyhow... enough about me & best of luck to you.
