Hello everyone & good luck ! (Udamann88)
This is my 1st time on a site like this and I'm amazed at everything. I've only been counting calories for 2 days and I've learned so much. I need to loose about 25lbs to get rid of the small (beer) belly I've aquired. I'm 6'2" & work out all the time (& run), but the days of eating whatever I want are now gone. I've read allot of great stories from some really nice people here & wanted to say thanks. I just wanted to say "Hi" & try to encourage everyone to stick with it (you can do it).
My biggest problem is snacking after dinner & drinking at concerts with my friends. We go to allot of concerts & I already drink lite beer so any tips are welcome.
