I am set-up with calorie counts, and I am not crazy with violent diets. I am a little to afraid with the revenge afterwards.
I am now 130lbs and would like to be 119 in three months.
I am eating out all the time and that's the problem, I gained wait since we moved. It is funny how lifestyle changes even 5 blocks away from the old place.
Anyway, I am a happy busy social person. I don't do any sport, I walk a lot and swim sometimes. I am getting more wait and can't let it go.
I am happy to join that group to meet new persons in the same case.

Why are you eating out alot?
Can you invite people to the house if you're going out just to socialize? This way you have more control over the food available.
Most restaurants have diet menus try some of those choices, there's always a salad with oil and vinegar.
While the weather is still nice suggest a walk through town after the meal.
Start exercising if you're not currently active you should see results within 6 weeks. There are lots of programs on TV and DVD's you can purchase.
