Hi there,

 

My name is Dez, I'm a student. Used to be do a lot of rowing but quite a couple of months ago. Even when I was doing 10-15 training sessions a week i never managed to lose my 'spare tire', so I have dedicated this summer to that task. I'm trying to lose about 15-20 pounds by my birthday in September.

I am really into cooking so would be really interested in anyones suggestions for healthy versions of classics, or just good healthy recipes.
