Just thought I would introduce myself! I am Vicky. I have been dieting for about 3 weeks now and lost 6.5 lbs. Then I found this site, which I think is just brilliant! I am currently at 12 stone 8.5 (176lbs) and want to get down to at least 9 stone, which is in the healthy range for my height. I will be on and around the forums because I'm both nosey and chatty! Look forward to meeting some of you :o)
