Hello, hello!
Hello everyone from Argentina! I cannot say I'm a total newbie, I've been here in the past. It actually helped a lot giving me tips and helping me to stay focused (I was almost 62 kg. and dropped down to 50 kg.!). Once I felt happy and a little bit more stable, I quit and relaxed a bit. Nevertheless, I came back from a trip recently and felt heavier- and yes, I have 5 kg. more than I used to! But I won't panic, I guess.
It's all about starting to eat healthy and exercise regularly again. So I thought tha coming back here would be an excellent way to start! I recall that every day classes finishes, my friends and me have a swimming pool party (It's summer here!); So my ultimate goal would be to be fit by that day! (Just for motivation's sake, of course. I think classes end by November 30th..).
My plan is to start on Sunday. This time, though, I'll add up more exercise (I need to tone some muscles!). So, wish me luck! ![]()
