I'm a newbie. I will be 42 in a few weeks, and I have 4 children, but 2 youngers ones, who I need to be healthy for. I have many health ailments that run in my family and Lords knows I dont want to get any of them if I can help it. I have lost weight in the pass, and slowly I gained it back. At my heaviest I was 230 lbs. I am not down to 195lb, up a bit from the 185lbs that I have made it too last summer.
This time is I am motivated and determined to loss it slowly and KEEP it off. I know that I can do it because I have done before in the past. My goal is to lost 50 and maybe even 55. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it ![]()
