Hi all just thought I would introduce myself.

39yo male living in Kent, tried every wii exercise regime currently available, i.e. wii fit, ea sports active, my fitness coach. Lost some weight but results are very unmotivating, so thought I would join here for some motivation, and hopefuly to motivate others too.

Had some success on weight watchers about 5 years ago, where I managed to lose nearly 2 stone, before I went back to my previous eating habits and gained it back.

I guess my main issue is lack of patience, I like to see results and If I dont see any I get demotivated easily.

By trade I am a software developer, so not a very active job either.

 

well, thats enough about me, tell me all about your experiences and any advice you can give would be much appreciated.

Good to see you Dave - I can't help on the exercise front as I can't exercise due to disability! But could you set yourself mini targets with the weight (and exercise) so that you see yourself getting somewhere?
