Hello, i am Carol from Mauritius and my great trouble is to get rid of these extra pounds. I have been trying to get rid of them for now 3 years.

Actually i want to lose 20 pounds before next year and i am afraid that i wont ever achieve my goals. I have spent a lot on money on special diets and pills but nothing seems to help.

Anyway, I wish you all to achieve your goals by decemeber and start 2009 with your ideal weight..
