I'm Glenn.  Looked at joining weight watchers, however like the concept of calorie count better.  I like the food analysis ... I believe it is important to track calories/proteins/fats, etc.  My two biggest problems are eating at the right time and limiting snacks.  I weight 248, and want to be at 225 by March 2009.  Any encouragement/motivation support is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm Trish.  I just joined WW about 2 months ago and have already lost 10 pounds.  I love the program because they teach you to control your portion sizes yet still enjoy the foods you love.  I just joined calorie count in addition to the WW so that I can better track my sugar and salt intakes, etc.  I love the way they provide a total analysis of the food you eat and it's grade level.  You think you eat okay until you see your food choices are only on average of a C - LOL.  Good luck with meeting your goals!
