Hello. Ive just joined and so far this has been a pretty good tool for watching what I eat.
Im 18, female, 5'3 and 190. T^T
Im trying to get down to 160 by July.
Im a compulsive, emotional eater. I can eat up to 5 times before noon.
I dont know how it got so severe but its caused me extreme stress and having depression doesnt help me at all.
I want support and to develop a strong will power to avoid falling back into my old habits.
Im practically a vegetarian, except for the occasionally hot dog or McNuggets, so its very important for me to  get some protein in my diet.
Also, due to my life being on constant binge and having my appendix remove Ive been very constipated so fiber is a must.

Help is wanted and needed. :D
