Hello everyone My name is jess and I am new to this web site but I am here because I want to better my health. I work out a LA Fittness every other day I go on the Elliptical for 30mins and then on the speed walk for 30mins..

 

any tips on what i else i can do

Start adding weight training or taking their classes. Their spin classes are killer but the good thing is you can do it at your own level. I used to be very self conscious about it but everyone is so into their own work out specially in the spin classes that your in your own world. My friends who are in shape as well as myself in not so great shape find this classes amazing.
