Hello, I'm new to this group. I have such a bad time eating...I start off fine, but then it gets to be night and I just eat, eat, eat. It is sabotaging my weight...I've been trying to narrow down how I feel, and pinpoint what's going on. I don't know what to do about it right now - I'm trying bringing healthy snacks to school when I get like this, even though I don't feel as satisfied, or feel like I want something heavier. I want to get out of the 170s (been at 172 forever now) but getting past that is such a huge challenge for me. Any tips?
I am new to the group and what you wrote 100% applies to me, too...I am good all day...an hour or 2 before I eat everything! I have recently creeped into the 180 mark, after months in the 170s. I am done...gotta do something. Been walking often and signed up to walk the PHilly half marathon in Nov. But with all the walking over the past month, while my body shape has changed, the scale has not budged. I feel better, so I am not trying to be discouraged, but I feel hungry all the time when I follow calorie counts (1600 daily) and eat health food (which I actually like)....just here for support to....so I understand :)
