That's totally doable.....this site has a section where you put your current weight and what you want to be and by what date and they figure out how many calories you should eat in a day....just stick to it and it will work!

i hope so...somehow i just feel like i keep on gaining and not losing! thanks for the reply...i checked that area and it has good tips on caloric intake...

What about some extra activity? Running around the block, take a swim, get on a bike...?
