Right um about me, I'm Caroline, 17 years old and i live in England. I left school last year (and went to college) and pilled on the pounds my weight went from 117lbs to 157 in the space of 9 months. I literally did no exercise and ate around 3000 calories everyday. I slowly watched all of my clothes become smaller and smaller, size 2 then 4 and finally size 8. In May 2008 i thought this is enough and bought i scale, much to my horror was actually classified as 'overweight' at 5'6, so i decided to do something about it.

Since then ive grown and inch and lost 14lbs, which gives me a BMI of 22.4. i would like to be somewhere around 120lbs by next October. I know that may sound underweight but i am very small framed with most of my immediate family having BMI's below 19.

I am planning to eat around 1200 calories a day and burn off around 375.
