Hello, I'm new.

I just joined and figured i would post a quick little introduction.

Name is Justine, and i am 20 years old. I have never been happy with my weight. I am 5'3, and a few years ago i hit around 145 lbs and knew i had to do something. I worked really hard and as of today, am about 110 pounds. Even though i am  in a decent weight-range for my hight i still feel badly about myself. My legs are bulky and i don't believe i carry my weight very well. I still feel like my body needs a lot of work, mainly toning...but I'm having a lot of problems with it. If anyone can give me advice, it's always welcome :)

At this point further weight loss will not make you like your body any more, so the focus should be resistance training and building muscle. the scale might go up as a result but your body will look tons better!! make sure you're eating your maintenance intake level, which is probably anywhere from 1800-2100. Also, eat a balanced diet with enough fats and protein.
