hello just thought id introduce myself im angel 24 this past 6 months my weight had dropped so much i look like i have a childs body my face has started to look sucked in to be fair i look like i take drugs!!! and this is all down to the person i am with my boyfriend.
so today i decided i need to put weight on as i can feel my bones my body aches and feels sore .ive so far had a bowl of alpen which im struggling to eat it tastes like cardboard but i need to do this not just for me but for my daughter as i dont want her left with out a mommy in her life.
so any help on foods or ways to gain weight fast would be great thanks
Hi Angel. Have you gotten rid of the boyfriend yet? How had the boyfriend influenced your eating habits? How tall are you? How much do you weigh?
CC can be a very supportive environment but sometimes additional help is needed--in real life. Without knowing more about your size, weight and how you got to be so thin it would be hard to actually point you in the right direction.
A great way to start gaining weight back is to start eating a balanced diet. Have you used any of the tools available to find out your BMI or get your target calories?
